Professional experience

During Gemma’s corporate leadership career in Marketing Research, she had the opportunity to lead teams, focus groups, and in-depth interviews. That gave her a large knowledge on how to conduct groups and interact individually with different professional profiles and sectors. To develop such skills had been very useful later on during her career transition into consultancy becoming a change facilitator and a trainer. 

Gemma is a coach with more than 15 years of experience. She has done hundreds of coaching sessions with executives and other professionals across multiple sectors.

She collaborates regularly in the NeuroTraininglab in EADA Business School, a lab for professional development from a multidimensional approach: neurosciences, organizational psychology, coaching, management, and positive psychology.

She is a trainer and mentor-coach in Coaching Programs and other Masters in different Business Schools and Universities.

She also is an ambassador of Neurochangelab! a project that works for the emotional education of the leaders, and Neuromanagement for executives.

Gemma is an executive coach at Ashridge Hult, UK.

In March 2020 her first book on Neuroleadership and Neurococahing was published: Secretos de tu cerebro. Claves para la neurofelicidad y el neurocoaching, Ed. Kairós.

Qualifications

Gemma has a degree in Clinical and Organizational Psychology from the University of Barcelona. He also studied at the prestigious SVA in New York, where she lived for 5 years.

She is a Senior Certified Coach from ASESCO – Asociación Española de Coaching-, and a PCC from ICF –International Coach Federation-.

She also is Certified in Stress Management, NLP, Mindfulness and Neurosciences for High Performance. She’s trained in “Inspiring Leadership through Emotional Intelligence” with R.Boyatzis, Case Western Reserve University, USA.

She is a Hogan Certified and she speaks 5 languages.
