Professional experience

During Gemma’s corporate leadership career in Market Research, she had the opportunity to lead group dynamics and in-depth interviews. This gave her extensive knowledge of how to manage teams and interact with diverse professional profiles and sectors. Developing these skills proved invaluable later during her career transition to consulting, where she became a change facilitator and trainer.

Gemma is a coach with over 15 years of experience. She has conducted hundreds of coaching sessions with executives and other professionals across multiple sectors.

She regularly collaborates with the NeuroTraininglab at EADA Business School, a professional development lab with a multidimensional approach encompassing neuroscience, organizational psychology, coaching, management, and positive psychology.

She is a trainer and mentor-coach in Coaching Programs and Master’s programs at various Business Schools and Universities.

She is also an ambassador for Neurochangelab!, which focuses on emotional intelligence for leaders and neuromanagement for executives.

Gemma is an executive coach at Ashridge Hult, UK.

In March 2020, he published his first book on Neuroleadership and Neurocoaching: Secrets of Your Brain. Keys to Neurohappiness and Neurocoaching, Ed. Kairós.

Training

Gemma holds a degree in Clinical and Organizational Psychology from the University of Barcelona. She also studied at the prestigious SVA in New York, where she lived for five years.

She is a Certified Senior Coach with ASESCO – the Spanish Coaching Association – and a PCC with the ICF – the International Coach Federation.

She is also certified in Stress Management, NLP, Mindfulness, and Neuroscience for High Performance. She trained in “Inspiring Leadership through Emotional Intelligence” with R. Boyatzis at Case Western Reserve University, USA.

She holds the Hogan certification and speaks five languages.
